Is my information on your website secure?  Yes!  We are a secured shopping website.  Your payment and personal information are always safe. What payment methods do you accept?  For your convenience, we accept PayPal and major credit cards.


Do you ship Internationally?  Yes!  We can ship your order Internationally and ship via USPS First-Class Package International Service. USPS rates are determined by your mailing address and package weight.


Will I be able to track my order?  Yes!  Once you place an order, we will send you tracking information via email.


Do you accept returns?  Yes, we want you to be happy and offer a generous 30-day policy after your purchase.  Visit our return policy link for more details.


Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?  We only collect sales tax for purchases made and shipped within the state of Louisiana.


When will my order be sent out?  We mail all orders the same or next business day they are ordered to make sure you get your package as fast as possible.


Can I cancel or change my order?  We can help you make changes or cancel your order if you contact us before we ship it out.  We ship fast so make sure you contact us right away.


Do you offer a subscription service for your toothbrushes?  Not at this time, but it is a feature we will be adding in the near future.


How often will I receive emails from you?  We take your email privacy and your time very seriously and promise to not bombard you with emails.  We will occasionally send you emails with new product launches or special sales and discounts.


Do you offer gift-wrapping service?  Yes!  We can beautifully wrap your gift and include a hand-written note card for $5.95.


What if I get my order and something is wrong?  We hope that doesn't happen, but if it does, we have a generous return policy for 30 days after your purchase and will be happy to make things right.
